We take into account the effects of orthodontic treatment on the airway and the tempromandibular joint (TMJ), as well. Our specific qualifications in the design, application and control of corrective appliances will bring teeth, lips and jaws into proper alignment for optimal facial balance. One treatment method we utilize in our office is the Damon System. Damon System braces are a revolutionary orthodontic bracket system, with proven results. To date, over 2 million patients worldwide have been treated with Damon System braces. This is a relatively new approach to tooth alignment that allows the teeth to be straightened, usually without extractions and often without having to use rapid palatal expanders.
